What are the terms and conditions for refund?

In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money:

1. The product you ordered has a manufacturing defect.
2. You received damaged merchandise.

You can claim for refund within 10 days after you received your product.

How long the refund procedure takes?

§  The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order.

§  The expected time for refund (after initiation) will be 3-5 working days.

§  The refund time may vary from bank to bank.
